Am I really that huge?

I’m almost 37 weeks pregnant and 5’0 tall. All people do is comment to me how humongous I am and it makes me feel really sad and insecure. I eat normal and am active, I can’t help the way my body holds a baby. It seriously has gotten to a point that I don’t want to go anywhere because I feel like I’m being stared at. My baby is measuring ahead but my other two did as well and they were all normal sized. Maybe I’m just being sensitive but I’m so sick of the commments😔.
