Gestational Diabetes

For those of you who have experienced having this/who currently have it.......

Is it possible to deliver vaginally and not be induced ? Or should I more than likely expect induction and cesarean delivery ?

I feel like I have read so many stories about people having this and having to get induced or end up having an emergency c-section.

Please share your experiences or knowledge and be please be kind with your responses as I am unsure how anything works with gestational diabetes and deliveries. I won’t have another appointment with my doctor until next week and will be able to ask him more then. But until then, I was hoping some of you mamas could enlighten me somewhat on the reality of this! Thanks in advance !
