My OB gave me the ok to do this; Breast feeding moms!!

My OB gave me the go ahead to pump to possibly jump start labor , or at least try , so I picked up this little bad boy on my way home and some Lansinoh storage bags ..

It’s not much, but should I save it? 😐😂

It was from both left and right side, took about 10 minuets? How to store it? How long can it sit out before having to be thrown away? Can I refrigerate what I have and try again in 30 minuets or so?

How does it all work? 😅
