Still pulling positives but bleeding

I’ve been spotting for about a week. When I say spotting like it was almost unnoticeable. Then today I got a spurt of blood come out when I went to the bathroom. I’m terrified I’m miscarrying again. And I just want it to be possible to be okay but I’m not sure what’s going on. My doctor barely even said anything about it and didn’t even talk to me directly. I don’t know what’s going on. Any advice, should I still get a check up? I’ve had problems like this before and didn’t miscarry until later. I’m just panicking, help please! (Note: I’m not bleeding enough for it to bleed into my day pad, it just came out as a quick gush while I went pee. It was enough for approx a day pad but not enough for a normal pad in amount of blood)
