Does this make sense?

I think my birth control pill has my body confused as to when my period is supposed to come.

I am on my 4th pack of pills (month 4) and last month I got my period early (before placebo). My period apps claims based off that last period I should have gotten my period yesterday aka Saturday (but since I’m on birth control it wont come until my placebo pills start, which is Wednesday). Yet, I felt intense PMS symptoms all last week as if I was going to get my period sooner.

Could this just be my body being confused & getting used to the pill still?
