36 weeks

i’m 36 weeks and our baby girl is still transverse. what should i expect? i’ve been having lots of lightning crotch lately! i don’t go to my OBGYN until november 30th. should i go to the hospital to get checked? i’ve also been loosing my mucus plug for the last week! anyone else experience anything like this!? or has had a transverse baby flip before delivery or has it always ended in a csection? i’m nervous and need answers 😭
