I don’t want to seem rude

I just gave birth to triplets and I don’t like fleece jammies as I feel the baby can overheat. I was gifted a bunch of fleece jammies and they are personalized for my kids they each have 4 a piece of personalized fleece jammies. Now that same person is saying she wants to get them more personalized fleece jammies for the winter. I already nicely said no thank you I even try to say oh we have so many fleece jammies but she is still going get these personalized jammies which are $35 a piece I don’t know how else to say no. They haven’t even wore the first ones they got. What can I say
