So I am on the pill unfortunately I missed today 🤦🏻‍♀️ And me and my boyfriend had sex today and he came inside me, I’ve missed a total now of 4 pills now this pack as you can see 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ What are my chances of possibly getting pregnant? My mind is racing right now...

Ok example: 
Nov 21st: forget to take pill 
Nov 22nd: noticed I missed a pill so I am going to take yesterday’s pill plus today’s pill (2 pills today) 
You are supposed to take every pill even if you missed it then you double up the next day! You should not be missing pills and then just skipping over them... 🙅🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ 
Please read up on birth control & how to use it. There should be instructions within each one you open. Yes you have a chance of being pregnant.

There’s a high possibility. I recommend taking plan B but it has to be within 72 hours or else the effectiveness lowers.

It gets less 'dangerous' the further you are in your pill strip. So missed one the first week: yikes. Second week is still risky, third week is somewhat less of a panic and fourth week is reasonably ok.
That's when you miss one pill though. 4 is a lot. There's definitely a chance. Doesn't have to be the case of course (even without the pill the chances are fairly slim), but I'd test 2 weeks after your period. Even if aunt flo does show that's unreliable because the pill works like that, and even if it doesn't that might just be pregnancy-stress, so better to be sure with a test! 
Don't worry too much though. Like I said, chances are slim.
