My husband abuses me

My husband and I have been married a year & he is extremely mentally abusive & has been physical twice. I want to leave but im scared he will hurt me or my family if I do. Not only that we have a 3 month old son and I don’t want him to get custody, I would be okay with supervised visits but if they’re not supervised he would take my son & run. I have videos of him screaming at me, saying he’s going to “put his fucking foot in my face” and some of him just screaming at me. He choked me when I was 7 months pregnant & choked me while holding our 2 week old son. I want to leave but I’m scared. Any advice is appreciated
