Am I heartless ?

My eldest brother is a drug addict and has had mental issues since 13. Hes had an ongoing addiction for like 15-20 years. When he was a kid, he molested my other older brother, that other older brother molested my younger brother. To my dismay, last year my mother took in my eldest brother and I forbid my 5 year old from being at my moms without me being there. Which means no over night visits. He was at my moms house for about a year and after they found out he was using meth again, they kicked him out. I had told my entire family he was using and they refused to believe me. When I forbid my daughter from staying the night there, my dad thought it was very unfair and it stirred trouble. Anyways, while my eldest brother was at my moms, he would..... ejaculate into my moms underwear....

It's very disturbing. Since my brother has been out of the house, hes been using heroine and meth like crazy. He has an infection on his arm from injecting, I guess. And now he has to get surgery. My mom and dad are back to forgetting what hes done his whole life and so sympathetic. Good for him if he wants to get sober and stay at rehab. But honestly, I never want to see him ever again.

Also my 13 year old nephew, whose dad is the drug addict, is now in trouble for touching a 2 year old. It also came out that my brother would dress up as a woman and touch his son.
