Planning on more kids

So my husband is a total type A personality. He has to be planning everything all the time.. He had baby fever much sooner then I did. I have infertility issues and he knew this going into our dating years ago, we are old now lol in our mid 30's. So we had long talks over the almost decade we've been together about having children and or adoption and even foster care.

I am currently 33 and pregnant with our second son. He has brought up a 3rd and even if we would explore adoption of more children in the future. We are fine in our marriage, financially, a warm smaller home, and I am a stay at home mom.

I am starting to wonder if other couples while pregnant talk about more? Are we bonkers? I am wondering if neither of us will ever stop wanting to grow our family? When did you decide you were done with pregnancies, adoption, and or just complete with the family you created?
