Boobs don’t empty
I exclusively pump and overproduce milk so I only pump about 5 times in 24 hours. However everytime I pump I can never get my boobs to fully empty. I do not want to spend over 30 minutes on the pump! But i dont want to start pumping more thoroughout the day either because I dont want to produce more than I already do. But my boobs stay leaking and im going through lots of pads. Idk this is just a rant im not sure what else to do 😭
