Growth spurt?

My son is 9 weeks and today he's pretty much slept all day. No temperature no unusual behavior other than this,has been eating his usual 2-3 hours . But he's usually pretty awake all day. To the point where I can barely get him to take naps due to him being so alert.could this be due to a growth spurt? I know probably really dumb to ask.

Growth spurts at 3,6,&9 weeks; then again at 3, 6, & 9 months.
Plus you have mental growth spurts too around 5.5 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 26 weeks, and others throught the first years of life. (Check out Wonder Weeks)

I’m dealing with the same thing. The last couple days he has slept so much and I was worried he was sick. But no fever very happy when he’s awake. Having normal diapers and eating fine. Thinking it’s just a growth spurt!
