Could I lose my tax refund

We are getting closer to tax season and I'm stressing our right now. I don't have custody of my daughter. I supposed to pay child support, but I am so behind. I didn't even get my damn stimulus check. My ex bf did because of how behind I am, which sucks because I almost lost my apartment and had to take out a loan. Could I lose my tax refund this year too because I'm really depending on it?
