18 month sleep regression
For the past few weeks my 18 month old (ever since she turned 18 months) has not been wanting to go down in her cot, wants someone next to her to fall asleep and then wakes up at 12-1am wanting to come into our bed so we let her. What do I do? Let her cry it out again??? Is anyone else struggling with this out of nowhere her sleep is so badddd now
