Need advice

My baby is 3 weeks old. She was in the NICU for the first eight days. They are very number based there so she had to eat a certain amount each day to be discharged. I have rather large nipples so she was struggling in the beginning the lactation lady said she may need to grow into them but all the while they were tube feeding her which prevented us from going home. So I started pumping and feeding with a bottle so we could go home. Now that I'm home she latches and nurses well to the left side but flat out refuses to nurse from the right side. It is the larger nipple of the two, do you think she still needs to grow into it? Do you have any suggestions to getting her to latch to righty?
