possible miscarriage

so for the last few I was having pregnancy symptoms & was bloated af for like weeks plus I missed my period so I decided to do a prego test which came back negative but I still was feeling nauseous every morning & my lower stomach was still hard & big so I decided to go to the doctors & they made me take another one which that one came back negative too. However I ironically ended up starting my “period” but I’ve bleeding for a week now & my stomach is still hard but all the “pregnancy” symptoms I did have are gone but I won’t stop bleeding & in the beginning the pain was so bad plus I’ve been having these horrible toothaches. has anyone who ever experienced a miscarriage had any thing like this ?? I’m very little & I workout so I find it weird that my stomach will not go down & ive been bloated for weeks now!!
