all of my downstairs area is so itchy?

sorry this is so tmi. but like the whole like outside of my vagina is painfully itchy. not even just my vagina like the skin between my vagina and butthole too. like PAINFULLY itchy and sometimes hurts so bad to even walk. the inside isn’t itchy at all, just like the inner lips and stuff. my vulva isn’t itchy. i’m not sexually active and i haventshaved or anything to make it irritated. could anyone help?
