How much do you usually spend on Christmas?

I spend about $2000. $1000 goes to my 4 kids. The rest is split between my husband, parents, siblings, and my two best friends and their families (ie kids.)

I think a lot of people forget that it's a thought that counts for any gift or even anything. Like my family we don't spend more than $10 per gift.the kids we go to Dollar store and just get them random toys. we teach kids young about wanting an need. I sure as hell I'm not going to pay a $300 toy only play with four times or break It. dollar store toy they're going to probably play with a thousand percent more.

A lot, haven’t added it up 🙈 But I buy stuff throughout the year when there’s a good sale or I see something I know a specific person likes, so the expenses are spread out. But I also have to buy a lot of gifts. Just my immediate family and in-laws are almost 30 people, plus best friends kids, teachers, and something small for my elderly neighbors.

I used to spend over $2000. Now I spend less than $500 because I am a frugal minimalist. 
My family members have too much stuff, if anything. So I try to get them different types of things- like experience gifts (float spa gift card, car racing ticket, etc) and I make a lot of DIY stuff too, so they can see I put time & thought into their gifts, and I also make treats or give snacks. I have a lot of unique recipes.

Too much. I’ve spent over 2000 so far. Buying for my husband and I, 4 month old, 2 year old, sister and her partner and child, other sister and partner, in-laws, my parents, grandparents, grandparent in-laws, brother and two friends. Way too much. I literally spent 1200 this Sunday and I still feel like I didn’t get my kids enough. My 4 month old got things we need for him but my toddler got 5 toys and then a whole crap ton of books. I got meaningful gifts for everyone and I’m so worried they’ll all hate them. Christmas sucks when you’re abs

We’re about $1500 but we have one grown child, two teens, a toddler, (pregnant again), both our sets of parents, grandparents, three siblings total, and seven nieces/nephews total. So this totally depends how big your families are and how close everyone is. We see all of these ppl on Christmas Day after doing our own thing in the am, his family’s lunch, and my family’s dinner because everyone is local.

We just had our first baby so we’re being CHEAP. We let everyone know and they understand. We just don’t have the money to spare and if we do, we’re trying to save for a house.

I spent around $150 this year for 8 people. My fiances family all got a candle from bath and both works, he got a Nintendo switch game, and my mom is getting a few soaps from bath and body works and a robe.
