Baby fever pls respond

My baby is 1 year old. She had vaccinations on dec 10th n now she had fever since 12 hrs. We have got couple reading like 100, 102, 101 and also normal. We gave Tylenol 2 doses so far. We are worried. Her forhead temperature was normal. And the whole body temperature is 100. Forehead n body temperatures are different. What does it mean. Tylenol should go down but i didn't. Any suggestions.
