Sick? Growth spurt?

My girl has been having LONG naps the last few days. 2-2.5 hours. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. She has a little cough sometimes. She is just over 6 months. No fever or any other symptoms at all. Just wondering if any other babies out there are starting to take longer naps now that their a bit older. Or am I missing something?

I am a nurse but all my experience and everything goes out the window when it’s your baby lol.

Just wondering what other babies are up to....
