So my bf got me a birthday card but the card wasn’t signed and I asked him to sign it but he said no and got so pissed at me. Literally sleeping nwxt to him and he refuses to talk to me. My name wasn’t even on the card or anything but he says I don’t appreciate anything and that he won’t sign thae car bc im a brat

Well id examine the overall relationship? Has he done things for you or gone out of his way for you.... and you shown a lack of gratitude? 
     If you have not then.... i tell women allllllllllll the time that dating is about OBSERVATION. Most of it is about observing a person and their behaviors, habits, work ethic, goals, negative aspect of their mentality and life, how they treat you, how they handle conflict and problem solve and how they manage their anger. You need to see who this person is and if they align with who you are and what you desire for your life. Do your dating homework or you may pay a great price later! We arnt there... we cant tell u if this is a good guy doing a bad thing or if this is a bad guy behaving badly. You have to do your dating homework. Pay attention and dont ignore the small telling signs into a person character and sense of self.

Honestly no, it sounds like you nicely asked him to sign it and he got mad. 
If someone asked me to do that, I imagine I would, because, it's very easy? 
I think low effort kinda shows what you can expect from someone long term. If this is a long term relationship, it's more forgivable, but it's lame he has to get so mad he gave you the silent treatment? This is bad communication in general. I don't know if, in general he feel unappreciated? And I don't know how long the relationship is.
