In laws who overstay their welcome!???

Ok, I have to warn you that this is going to be an extremely long rant so please bare with me 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I should start by pointing out the fact that my in laws are hoarders. If you’ve ever seen an episode of hoarders that is it, that’s exactly what their home looks like. With that being said. There is no place for them to cook, shower.. they literally only have a path to get to the couch that’s in front of the tv that no longer works. My husband tried to clean it out for them when I first met him but they were refusing to get rid of pointless, broken things and he wasn’t getting anything done really so he gave up 😕 At least he tried...

Now, because they can’t really do anything in their own home they come here everyday. Especially now that they have a grandchild.. I hate to be that type of person to say I don’t want my in laws here everyday but I don’t! It’s not even like they’re bad people, they are good people but sometimes my husband and I want alone time. Or there are days that I’m exhausted just from being a mom in general and now I have to be a mom and hostess every.single.day.

Can I also complain about the fact that it’s not like they come over mid afternoon and stay for a couple hours. They come before the sun even comes up sometimes. There will be mornings I wake up to go to the bathroom and their already here watching tv or sum shit 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🙄 So they’re here from about 5:30 am until 10 pm. Or even worse, I’ll be coming home from work while my husband is still at work and they’ll be here!! They let themselves in. So in all reality they really only go home to sleep then they basically live with us all day.

I even find my husband getting extremely irritated with them coming over so often. It’s just neither of us want to be the bad guy to tell them they can’t come everyday all day long..

Oh! Did I mention that they bring over a bunch of things and make an extremely huge mess out of my kitchen that I stay up all night cleaning that way I can come home from work to a clean area 🙃🙃🙃

Hate to say it but while my husband was at work today I locked the doors so they couldn’t come in. I heard them trying to come in then call my husband to tell him the door was locked 😂😂😂 #sorrynotsorry 🤙🏼🤙🏼
