Car accident

So me and my boyfriend had been arguing a lot before this even happened. When i got in a car accident i got hit on my right front bumper at a four way stop. He was yelling at me about something stupid before it happened. I was dropping him off home in the city, i don't usually drive down there. My insurance is covering it and the claim is still going through. I got an estimate, ill have to pay a 500 deductible and possible reimbursement. During the accident he said he would pay the damages. Now, he said he never said that and he could do 250 one week and 250 another week. I got upset about it because i believed he would give me the 500 at one shot. And I've just been really frustrated, because i can't get my car repaired and pick it up because i don't have 500 dollars. I need my car to work, but I'll have to depend on someone else to take me. It's drivable but my right turn signal blinks fast and it only shows in the back of my car, not the front. My headlight is smashed out, but they work. My boyfriend thinks i blame him. Maybe some part of me does. All we've been doing is fighting. He says i don't care about him, and I've been treating him like shit. It's like I'm supposed to pretend it just didn't happen and ask him how his day was. He's in recovery too he lives at a recovery house. Tomorrow is Christmas and we're just not in a good place right now. I don't know what to do.
