I have never
I have never had a panic attack/adrenaline charged moment this bad in my life, but I have had them. My 1 year old son had his vaccines today, the HEP B and I cannot for the life of me remember the other (I was holding a crying baby and trying to keep my bored 4 year old under control he had taken my emergency toys out one day and I forgot to replace them ). He spent over an hour screaming and crying tonight after having mini meltdowns all day. So I was rocking and holding and rocking and walking and letting him lay on a blanket on the floor just trying to get him settled. I started having a panic attack thinking something was wrong, I had called the on call pediatrician about my son. I had to wake my husband up to come down and help me. I was either going to puke or pass out, or both, I had the shakes, the hot/cold feeling, could barely walk. He took the baby and made me sit down telling me to breathe and to calm (in a nice soothing way!). Then the thigh spasms started, going from my leg to my lower back. He was ready to pack up the kids to go to the hospital. I took a hot shower first to try to see if loosening up my muscles would help, and he made me sit down just in case. I never heard back from the on call doctor, but her message does say she has bad service. Since the baby is sleeping now I am just going to wait to call in the morning and let them know what happened. Unless he wakes up screaming and crying again, then I will call her again. My body is finally relaxing and the spasms are not as bad or as often. Typing this out has also been kind of cathartic actually, and the exhaustion is hitting me now. Anyone else experience something like this and how long did it take to resolve itself?
