What do I do?!?!

We’ve got some sort of stomach virus in our house right now and I’m completely terrified that my 3 week old will get it! My 3 year old started at 5 this morning with throwing up then by 11am my 8 year started throwing up. They both can’t keep anything down they’re very tired and just worn out. No fever just throwing up.. what should I do?!

Do you breastfeed? If so, just keep doing that. Breast milk is amazing and creates antibodies for babies when there is sickness present. If not, maybe keep them separated as much as you can and clean everything to get rid of the germs. Clothes, bedding, everything. I use Lysol disinfecting laundry stuff when we are sick. Especially if there’s puke involved 🤢
