I’d definitely be annoyed. 
My husband and I talk sometimes about how we find certain people attractive but we both know each other’s limits on what’s said and how long the conversation should go. We don’t talk about butts or boobs. Really just faces, hair, teeth, general body type. But these also aren’t super comments.
