Sore boobs and nexplanon

Since the start of my last period, dec 20 my boobs started hurting. Now that’s normal but it usually goes away at the end of my period. Bc of the implant my periods become irregular obv, and I haven’t stopped spotting a month after getting inserted. Now I’m worried my soreness is here to stay since I’m always kinda on my period. When tracking I only count the days my discharge is red and the first few months I was getting my normal period symptoms and they’d go away when it’s over. Ive been back to my new normal of brown discharge but man do my boobs still hurt if not they hurt more now then when it first started. Is this bc of the implant? More importantly is there anything I can do to relieve this pain?
