Allowing kids to jump on the couch?

Parenting question- would you allow your kids to jump on the couch? My kids (3 and 2) like to play music on their tablet and jump on the couch and I don’t mind it - I personally feel like they’re being kids letting out energy. Plus I don’t like saying “no” a lot, I try to be reasonable I guess. My mother says I’m teaching them bad habits, which I get her point of view, they probably think they can jump on other people’s couch if we’re visiting other places (we don’t really visit other houses because of COVID and such So I’m not entirely sure, but they probably do)
