My nieces usually can open up to me about stuff without me running to their mom but I’m about fed up. I was usually here for them so they had an adult to talk to, since they felt they couldn’t share specific things with their mom.
But I just walked into the bathroom (it’s 5AM) my 13 year old niece is sleeping over and she’s in there on the bathroom floor with her pants pulled down taking nudes. She said she wasn’t but obviously is.
She has a 15 year old bf I bet they are for him. She just came here from his house last night.

Tell her mom. This wasn’t a secret confession your niece was sharing with you, it was something secretive she was doing and hiding. Sending those photos can haunt her the rest of her life

I was a very rebellious when I was young, I  was never close to my mum but always wanted to sleep over at my aunt's house so I can have more freedom. So was more free to smoke there, meet my friends ( bad ones) and just took advantage of her. One time she was on the phone with someone and her 3 year old at that time was playing around and found my bag and started taking everything out, that's when she saw the cigarette pack. She pretended like she didn't see anything and looked the other way but i found out years later that she told me mum. I was young and heading on the wrong path and she had to be the responsible adult there. 
My mum didn't approach the issue directly but she took care of it so it didn't look like she knew from her sister, and now that I'm an adult I think my aunt made the right decision by telling my mum. 
I think you should too, its beyond her feelings, sometimes kids don't know what's best for them and adults are supposed to guide and help out, and yes she will definitely get upset about this, but she will thank you later.

Yup I think you should share that with her mom. It’s not necessarily about getting her in trouble, it’s about keeping her safe. She’s still a child. 
In some states there are laws against sharing images of children or possessing such images, so you wouldn’t want this to escalate into a larger issue (depending on who she is sharing them with and where they end up), when you could have stepped in and done something.
