Behind?

7 months old on the 12th! 
I feel like he’s so behind compared to what my daughter was when she was his age. He hates tummy time. Doesn’t roll on to his tummy even though he wants to. No interest in crawling. He can feed himself solids, but refuses to hold his bottle. & he won’t move up to the next nipple size! He just screams when we try and give him a bigger nipple. He has the MAM bottles and on a size two nipple ( I think it’s the 2-4 month flow) 
Am I just being crazy? Or is he behind? The dr isn’t worried about it but I am. He was a 37 weeker!

Ps: the MAM bottles are a lot heavier than the other brands because of the base. So dont worry if your LO isnt holding the bottle, mine cannot it by herself because it is heavier than other brands :)

My almost 8 month old isn’t crawling, still falls over sometimes when sitting, doesn’t Babel yet or consistently sleep through the night and is fussy like half the day. 
Now looking back: my first born crawled at 7 months and slept through the night at 6 weeks, walked at 13 months but didn’t say a word til he was two. (He’s a straight A 6th grader now)
Second kid didn’t crawl til 9 months but walked at 12 months. He was an early talker but had speech therapy til he was 8 and now he’s 9, struggles with sleep, has perfect speech and is extremely athletic. 
My third kid crawled at 8 months, walked at 14 months and was saying sentences at 2. (Girls ;) ) 
Try not to compare mama! All kids develop at their own rate! 💕

Mine is still on preemie nipples and does not hold her own bottle (full term baby). She sees speech therapy for swallowing and the SLP has said there is no reason a baby HAS to reach a certain nipple size on the bottle. If they are eating well and safely, that’s what matters, not that their age matches the nipple.

My baby will be 7 months on 19th and still drinks from a size 2 nipple on mam bottles. He can sit up but falls over after 1 minute or so. He half crawled the other day. Since then nothing. I wouldn't worry every baby is different and does things at their own pace.

My baby will also be 7 months old in a few days and use the MAM bottles. We use nipple size 2 but we added a hole with a needle in it. But im sure she wouldnt have mind it without though because she was drinking fine with just size 2..

I wouldn’t worry, my nephew is 11 months and only starting to army-crawl and was only holding his own bottle at about 9-10 months. Also I wouldn’t worry about nipple size, I have my 7 month old on size 1 because she drinks wayyy too fast with the size 2. If your baby hates tummy time then it’s completely normal for them to crawl a little later. Baby will develop at his own speed!
