Dog has miss behaving ever since I've gotten pregnant

My husband has a dog which was dog in every shape and form. I had no problem with this because he was well behaved and listened to my husband even if he missed behaved. However, ever since I've gotten pregnant his dog has been following me around which was cute at first but he is always in the way! He won't listen to anything my husband says anymore. He is using the bathroom all over my husbands things even if he leaves it on the floor for a second. Worst part is in can't even cuddle my husband at night because the dog squeezes between us. The cuddling wasn't bad at first either but now he's laying on me. Like curling up on my back or every time I move he will move to be against me pushing my off the bed almost every night! This is getting ridiculous! It isn't like we've lessened the amount we play with him or let him outside. Hes just being frustrating! Has anyone else experienced this with their animals ? What should I do? I'm tired of cleaning up poo and getting no sleep.
