‘Adopt, don’t shop’
Long story short I’ve adopted two feral cats that were born at my work at the beginning/middle of last year. I’ve been feeding them and getting them used to people since the day I noticed they were about. Me and my partner purchased our first home back in September (still waiting to move in, been delayed) so we decided we wanted to adopt these two feral babies and give them a warm loving home for the rest of their lives. Best decision we’ve ever made!
It took a while to gain their trust but now they’re so affectionate. One more confident then the other but we’ll get there. Misty (the black one) we caught 3 weeks ago and got her into a cattery where she is staying until we finally move into our home. Tootsie (the tortie) took a while to catch. She’s a very clever but shy girl, however this morning we were finally able to catch her and reunite her with her sister in the warm. They’re both now being spoilt rotten until they can finally move into their forever home with us. I get to visit them whenever I want for now but I know they’re getting cared for and a lot of attention. They’re so loved by everyone at the cattery!
Here’s my beautiful girls🥰
