My dog is driving me crazy and I don’t know how much more I can take!

For the past few months, my dog has started constantly licking herself. All over her body she will just lick incessantly. I took her to the vet thinking she had some sort of allergy, but no, they said SHE’S FOUND A NEW HOBBY. She’s literally doing it as a fun activity. It also seems to be her favorite activity. Playing with toys distracts her for a moment but she always reverts back to licking herself. The thing is, I have misophonia and the sound of her licking herself loudly makes me see red and I get so angry with her that I yell at her and scream for her to get out of the room. She sulks away sadly. I just don’t know how I can go on with this. It is the most horrible sound and it is making me hate my dog. 😡😩
