Period is still on what do I do 😓

Yes I had one cyst that ruptured on it’s on and I have had irregular periods so I was on birth control the pill but it gave me the worst cramps and I was bleeding even more worst than before I was on it for a month now that I’m off(my decision to stop it ) I was off for a good minute but I had sex which knocked it on 🙄and now it’s going on 3 weeks what should I do any home remedies or SOMETHING
