Help ? Advice ? Bad BC

(To make it easier to understand, I Typed it in my notes ) But Goodmorning, as you can see I’ve had problems with BC. I honestly Believe it messed my reproductive system up. I’m only 21. I only had 1 period in 2020. IVE BEEN ON OFF BC SINCE JUNE 2019. Still nothing. I’ve told my doctors but it’s like nobody is hearing me. She only prescribed those pills & said it should regulate my periods but I haven’t had a period since the month(sept2020) I took them.

I know you all aren’t doctors but is there anyone who’s had a similar situation? Or could possibly know why The Depo shot I got at 1, messed me up so bad down there?
