Should I tell her?

My friend, let’s call her Rachel, takes care of my other friend, Mable’s baby. So Rachel has 2 kids of her own. I was FaceTiming Rachel yesterday and I asked her where mables baby was since I saw her two kids running around in the back. The baby is 1 year old. She said “In the laundry room”. I was like what is he doing in there? Are they playing hide & seek? She said no he’s sleeping. I was so confused why he would be in the laundry room. She’s like he’s fine don’t worry and went to show me. He was sleeping on a little cot looking thing that honestly looks like a dog bed on the floor in the laundry room! I asked her why she didn’t put him in her room? She said because then she had to watch him. If he’s on the floor then he won’t fall. Um should I tell my friend mable that her baby is literally sleeping on the laundry room floor?
