How to loose weight???????

So I am 193 lbs and I’m 5.4 and I don’t think that I eat much but I’m still gaining weight🤧 so I usually get up 7:00 🕖 and eat breakfast I either eat oatmeal or a breakfast burrito with egg sausage cheese in it, And coffee ofc ☺️ and I have class all morning and at 11:00 I do a 20-30min exercise and then I eat dinner which is either chicken, fish or turkey. With sometimes a salad 🥗 and I’ve really tried to eat smaller portions and drink more water but I have not lost any weight 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t know what to do, I mean should I eat even less then I do now and exercise more???? Help me out pls 🙏🏼
