Does anyone hVe a personal trainer?

Do any of you use a personal trainer and if so how much do you pay? And is it weekly that you pay them nd for how many sessions?

Ever since all the lock downs I use a program called Streetparking. It’s all
done at home on my own time and gives me lots of variety for modification. It’s $20 a month.

I find them too expensive so I just use Pinterest and I just watch what i eat

I pay around 180 a month. Includes once a week personal training over the computer. And nutrition. So far I am down 30lbs since June 2020. Slowing steady keep it off.

I pay $130 a month for my personal trainer. That includes 3 days a week for 1 hour each session and any special fitness days she does is included in the price. She also provided a meal plan
