Going into labor 🤯

I need help yall! I recently posted how my baby measured about 40w already weighting about 8lb at just 36w. I'm now 37w and my doctor told me it's possible I go into labor early since he's so big so now I'm thinking I want to start doing everything I can to help bring labor early.

The thing is idk what to do lol. I went on YouTube and most videos where of woman taking that brew thingy with castor oil, yea I don't trust that lol I've heard really bad things about it and that it can even put baby at risk.

Give me some things that worked for you or symptoms you had right before going into labor ¿ idk lol just enlighten me PLEASE !
