Sore boobs gone?? 😭😭😭

I’ve woken up this morning (around 6weeks) and my sore boobs don’t hurt anymore and didn’t really hurt yesterday either, I am still having sickness as soon as I wake up but is this a sign of miscarriage 😭😭😭😭 I’m so scared now, I have a scan this morning to confirm pregnancy and I’m terrified it’s going to be something terrible 😭

Has anyone else had their sore boobs disappear and still have a healthy pregnancy?
