Irritation from a new sexual partner?

So I have an IUD, we both got tested before having sex because I’m extremely strict about that kind of stuff.

I am itching and burning off and on and I know it’s not an STD so I went to urgent care to be tested for a UTI because sometimes when you get a new sex partner that can happen.

Nope, no UTI. She said my pee was crystal clear.

SO I set up an appointment with my gyno and it’s on the first and I think I’ll just have him re-check me, and check me for a yeast infection. The urgent care doctor said that and that it may be a yeast infection too, or simply irritation from a new sexual partner.

But it doesn’t feel like a yeast infection man. I’m not having an internal itching or burning and no discharge at all.

I just get itchy? And it burns a little when I pee.

I’m using condoms even though I have the IUD. Maybe I’m allergic to them? I haven’t been near condoms in years until recently but I’m having issues.

I’m definitely keeping my gynecologist appointment but I want to know if anyone has any advice or like experience with this happening after having a new sexual partner.

Because I went years and then all the sudden I’m having sex, so it makes a little bit of sense that it may just be irritated?
