Value vs. Worth

Mani

The casual dictionary definitions of worth and value use each word in the other word’s definition.

Worth: having monetary or material value

Value: the material or monetary worth of something

To get the real difference between the

two, one has to get to the third or forth definitions:

Value the verb: consider (someone or something) to be important or beneficial; have a high opinion of.

And worth the noun: the value equivalent to that of someone or something under consideration; the level at which someone or something deserves to be valued or rated.

Here are two threads. They don’t need to be analyzed but merely understood.

If they can the would and they will. As for worth and value, the same rule applies, the people we value, the gifts we value will increase their worth to us! But most importantly, we need to know who we are, know our worth, value ourselves and others.

That’s on Mary had a little lamb 🐑.

2021 is not for the faint of heart and the weak. We can’t be out here letting people lower our value for any reason because they don’t understand your worth.

Porsche, Rolex and LV can all have a scratch on their product they will look you dead in the eye and tell you it’s worth more now because it’s vintage.

Baby you are unique, eccentric, priceless, blessed, a goddess, and who didn’t like it can’t fathom the idea of you being unattainable.
