Pregnant and alone

I have only been married not even a year. My husband during disagreements brings up his ex and how attractive she was and how he isn’t over her. I have moved to a different town after marriage had to leave my job and any support system I had. I have no one here and I’m 14 weeks pregnant I have told him how he makes feel and our disagreements are over me just asking him to help me out with household chores as he does nothing but make demands. I just don’t know what to do anymore as I’m not happy.
