How do you move child in their own room?

My daughter just turned 4 and always shared a room with us. We lived in a apartment and didn’t have space for her own room. We recently moved and now she has her own room. I realized I have anxiety of her staying alone in her room at night. My fear is someone breaking into the house and kidnapping her. How do I get over this fear? Should I put a monitor in her room? I do have anxiety which is probably why this fear is so overwhelming for me. How do you all get over your fear of something bad will happen? We are getting her bed by next month and we can’t wait to have our space again, but I can’t help also having this fear. Especially since it’s a new house and I am not used to this place either yet. I just need some support/advice.
