Having trouble producing milk

Mom’s I have a 3 1/2 week old newborn which I am really trying to breastfeed. However, I don’t produce nearly enough. I’m getting frustrated I’ve tried multiple home made remedies to help me produce more milk with no luck...Latching her when she’s hungry/ pumping etcetera but having to give her formula right after. Even after hours I pump and only get maybe 1.5 oz from both breast. Can anyone relate? If so any suggestions would be greatly appreciate it. I don’t want to give up. I wanna breastfeed my child but never thought it be so hard.
