OPENING A STORE!!!!

I really wish I had enough money to open a store where every hair type, every culture, every person can be comfortable working just being themselves you know what I mean?. It makes me really sad there are people still being discriminated against for being themselves; like AA are still being discriminated against because of their hair, I absolutely adore their hair style and even though I am white I really wish I could share their culture. I want to open something where people can feel comfortable being themselves and work in a comfortable not judgmental environment!!!!
