Miscarriage photo?

Ive been miscarrying since Saturday morning- i thought I passed the sac on Monday but have been heavy and cramping and then really bad this morning and just passed what is i believe the rest of the sac- can anyone confirm that this is what this looks like? For a few i thought I was bleeding out but my OB didnt seem scared by the photo and said monitor for the next few hours bleeding should slow now. Freaking out
