Masturbating in the shower

So recently I started getting into masturbating with my shower head and today I just laid on my back and let the water pressure do all the work and it felt SO GOOD 10/10 recommend. Also I’m Catholic and I’ve heard that masturbating is wrong and I used to feel guilty about it but then other people say that it’s good for you so I did a little researching and found out that it’s healthy and normal. I also thought that if my parents encouraged exploring my body I wouldn’t feel guilty so I just brush it off and enjoy myself. That’s okay right?
