Neck stiffness and headache
1 week postpartum and breastfeeding. I have horrible neck stiffness that is causing headaches but it’s spreading and getting worse. If I touch anywhere on my head it sends a shooting pain all over. My head will randomly just have a throbbing pain that makes me stop and close my eyes until it’s gone. I’ve tried ice, heat and massage. Pain meds haven’t helped. Anyone else experience this??
